These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ct77 ("ct77", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ct77 website at https://ct77.io and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

ct77 is an offshore online betting and casino platform designed primarily for adult players in Bangladesh. The Platform offers cricket sports betting, live casino games, slot machine titles, crash games, and other gambling entertainment products. By registering an account or placing a bet, you agree unconditionally to these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the ct77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ct77. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

To open and maintain a ct77 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ct77 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 in accordance with responsible gaming principles applicable to its player base in Bangladesh.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. You accept sole responsibility for verifying your local legal obligations before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any other person or entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from the ct77 platform via a self-exclusion request, and your account has not been permanently closed by ct77 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited and where ct77 has published a specific country restriction notice.

ct77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ct77 support may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending review.

Each individual player may hold exactly one (1) ct77 account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods but operated by the same individual — are prohibited. ct77 uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. ct77 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

ct77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity before a withdrawal is processed or a bonus is released:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (screenshot of bKash/Nagad/Rocket/Upay account showing name and number)

ct77 will process KYC submissions within 2 business days. If a submission is rejected, ct77 will notify you by email with the reason for rejection and provide an opportunity to resubmit.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ct77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by a third party using your credentials — is your responsibility.

ct77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific channels may vary from time to time; refer to the cashier section of the Platform for the current list.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit per transaction: as displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ct77 account balance within seconds of payment confirmation.
• ct77 does not charge a deposit fee. Third-party transaction charges levied by payment providers are the responsibility of the player.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• Verified withdrawals via mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 10 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• ct77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals above ৳50,000 per day. This may extend processing time by up to 24 hours.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full details.

ct77 does not hold player funds in the operating account. Player balances are maintained in a segregated account structure and are not used for operational expenses. This arrangement is designed to protect player funds; however, ct77 does not guarantee the availability of funds in circumstances beyond its control.

ct77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where there is a conflict between a specific promotional term and this section, the specific promotional term prevails.

• Welcome Bonus: New players who make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to 100% match on the deposit amount, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to first-time depositors only. One welcome bonus per player, household, device, or IP address.
• Wagering Requirement: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed. Wagering from real-money balance counts in full; wagering from bonus balance counts as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games typically contribute 10%. Sports bets placed at odds of 1.5 or above typically contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion pages.
• Time Limit: Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unmet wagering at expiry results in forfeiture of the remaining bonus and any winnings derived solely from that bonus.
• Abuse: ct77 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: use of low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, collusion with other players, exploitation of errors, or multiple account registration to claim the same offer more than once.

ct77 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing active bonuses in play are not retroactively affected.

All games offered on the ct77 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates in accordance with that provider's certified rules and a verified random number generator (RNG) or live dealer protocol. ct77 does not alter game outcomes.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game round before an outcome is determined, ct77 will follow the relevant game provider's dispute resolution protocol, which typically involves crediting the original bet amount to the player's account.

In the event of an error in displayed odds, jackpot amounts, or payout calculations caused by a software malfunction, ct77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player. ct77 is not liable for losses arising from player decisions made on the basis of an erroneously displayed figure.

Sports betting markets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh internationals) and other sports are offered subject to each market's individual rules. Rules for specific bet types (match winner, run totals, player performance markets, etc.) are detailed within the sportsbook interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ct77 Platform. Breach of this section will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances pending investigation, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the house
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sports market
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy that exploits promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play
• Using the Platform to launder funds or process transactions for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ct77 software or infrastructure
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ct77 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your ct77 account

Game titles, studio names, and provider logos (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are displayed on the ct77 Platform under licence. ct77 makes no ownership claim over third-party intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ct77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage resulting from your access to or use of ct77 services.

ct77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ct77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ct77 makes no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or jackpot figures.

Nothing in these Terms limits ct77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by law.

ct77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. ct77 does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and relevant authorities as required by law or as necessary to provide the ct77 service.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting ct77 support at [email protected]. Requests will be processed within 30 days, subject to legal obligations that require ct77 to retain certain data for a minimum period.

ct77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ct77 will notify registered players by email at the address on file and will post a notice on the Platform for at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting ct77 support. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Section 4.

You may close your ct77 account at any time by contacting support. Where no bonus funds are active and no withdrawal requests are pending, your real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request.

ct77 may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) ct77 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; (c) ct77 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order; or (d) ct77 decides to cease operations in your jurisdiction. In cases of suspension due to suspected fraud, balances will be held pending the outcome of an investigation.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ct77 is incorporated as an offshore entity. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact ct77 support in writing and allow ct77 a period of 30 days to resolve the dispute internally. ct77 will acknowledge receipt of a formal dispute notice within 5 business days and will provide a substantive response within 30 days.

ct77 acknowledges that it operates as an offshore platform. Players in Bangladesh are responsible for understanding the legal status of online gambling in their jurisdiction and for complying with applicable local laws. ct77 does not represent that its services are lawful in Bangladesh or in any other specific jurisdiction.
